Warranty Information

Magnum Aftermarket products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase by the end user when installed and used in accordance with our installation instructions and within load limitations.

Warranty on the powder coated finish extends to pre-installation only.  The nature of the design and anticipated commercial use that includes sliding ladders and materials over the powder coat finish eliminates the practicality of any warranty for finish post installation.

Magnum Aftermarket specifically does not warrant against any damage to the product, the material being carried, the vehicle where the product is mounted, or any other damage to any other vehicle or person due to improper installation, failure to properly secure the load, use of product for which it was not designed, or failure to regularly inspect mounting bolts and hardware for proper security.

Claims for warranty are limited to repair or replacement of the product.  Claims for warranty should first be directed to warranty@magnumaftermarket.com .  Include a phone number where you can be contacted during business hours.  The product must be shipped, freight prepaid, to the address we advise.  Magnum Aftermarket retains the right to decide warranty issues and their decision is final.
